It's 9:52am and I'm OFF LIKE A PROM DRESS!

I'm hoping to catch a good deal of the girls bball game today and then head over to the ice arena (after supping some libations with my fellow AZZ.com-ers) for a SWEEP of the POISONOUS NUTS!

WHAT HE SAID!!! We need to make that rink as loud as possible, easy to do with a good crowd!! Make no mistake people, the suckeyes are going to be a desparate team coming in here tonight. They have lost two in a row now and with Northern's win over Miami last night, Northern hopped ahead of the Nutz in the standings. Zero State (I love that name!) is now in FIFTH place (Pretty Boy must be pulling his hair out!!). We MUST bring our A game tonight. I have no doubt that Paluch will have this team ready!!! We need to do our part in the stands and make the guys know that we appreciate how far they have come and how hard they have had to work to get there!!!

GO FALCON ICERS!!!
SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEP THE BUCKEYES!!!!

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Slacker!
I never missed a home game in my four years there, and that includes the time I sprained my ankle and had crutches and vicodin. :)

In all seriousness though, I'm glad that there's at least one student that goes to every game. I could never figure out why all the kids were so apathetic when I was there... the whole reason I went to BG was because of the hockey team.

not trying to slack. id go if i didnt have to drive 2 hours there, then 2 hours back after the game. too bad they dont open the dorums today or i would be there. most of my floor goes to every hockey game. mainly because whitmore, sinkewich, and erickson live on our floor. but we are die hards. there 45 minutes before every game. cheer the falcons on for me tonight.

I'd say head over as early as possible. When the gates open if you can make it that early. If there's a group of you, you can grab seats, then one of you can get up and go get concessions or whatever. Don't forget to grab extra copies of the BG News on your way in!

If you're planning on going up to Yost, I have no idea how you'd go about getting tickets. I never had a genuine seat when I went up there (or to any other road game for that matter). FF or BGFan might be able to help you better on that one than I could.

I was just kidding around with you in that first post, btw. Well, not the part about going to every game--keep that up!!!

And FF has my back on this one! I honestly didn't know what time gates opened. I thought six, but wasn't sure.

Hopefully the days of students having to wait in line for seats are not far off!
