Jordan Sigalet's First Game Action
Jordan Sigalet's First Game Action
Jordan got in for the final 42 seconds of last night's game due to an Andrew Raycroft injury.

that was mentioned somewhere last night, but your link is interesting. If Toivonen (sp?) is longer than day-to-day, Jordan may see some PT. If Raycroft is banged up, he might even be an NHL starter for a little while!
Good luck Jordan!

I just checked the P-Bruins and Bruins websites and neither of them list Jordan on the roster. Did I miss something? What gives?

The B's is slow. He's listed in the game story and on NHL.com as having played one game (with no stats! They didn't have ice time).Bleeding Orange wrote:I just checked the P-Bruins and Bruins websites and neither of them list Jordan on the roster. Did I miss something? What gives?
The Baby B's have been much faster about that all season, usually having guys added and dropped from their roster page within an hour or two of the official announcement. Not that I've been following the fates of anyone on either team
Netminder Tim Thomas was recalled from Providence in the AHL. In order to be brought up, Thomas had until noon today to clear waivers. Thomas cleared waivers and will back up Andrew Raycroft tonight. Jordan Sigalet was sent back down to Providence.
Crap!!!! Oh well, maybe he'll get some solid playing time with Providence now that Thomas is up with the Bruins.

I have nothing against Tim Thomas. He's a nice guy and I want him to do well. But he's no Jordan Sigalet.Freddie wrote:Thomas has been playing lights out, and it's natural that Boston would want him up. Siggy will get his chance to play more in Providence...it's a great opportunity for him.
I suppose the bright side is that I will more than likely see Jordan in net when the P-B's come up to Lowell. Of course, at the rate I'm going this season, that will probably be the night that they decide to see what Mike Brown is made of.

Re: BTW.....
Jonathan is on the P-B's and is getting tons of ice time. He plays pk and pp in addition to his regular shifts. He's played quite well in the few games I've seen. (power play goals in each one)falconboy wrote:Is Jonothan getting playing time with the Bruins or is he buried on bench somwhere?
