I did not say that. I said you shouldn't compare their last 2 games of the season because Omar didn't play in a bowl. Players step up in bowl performances...that's just natural.

If any one is interested, someone from one of the scouting sites is supposed to be on 1470's Front Row on Friday. I can't recall if it was Scout.com or Rivals possibly. I would imagine that some of the local pro prospects will be discussed.

I'd be surprised if those bozos spent more than 15 seconds discussing anyone in the area. They think they're too bigtime for that.

About the big games, we railed Miami. Toledo was a battle that could have gone either way between evenly matched teams. Boise...were you there? No. I don't know anyone that could have an amazing game on that field. You can barely see their players in coverage from the stands. I can't imagine trying to read that on the field. Our defense really didn't do anything to help the offense that game either.

Troy Smith will be as successful as you would be if you joined the NFL JHam. Sorry, no orange colored glasses here, just me giving my opinion. If the orange colored glasses were on, I'd be complaining that he wasn't ahead of Vince Young or not going #1 in the draft.

If he checks in at a fraction of an inch below that it will be a major knock, because he's not the athlete that Vick is.

I could see both guys being successful on the next level, but Omar's shown a lot more consistency over the past 2 years. It should also be noted that UM & ND both have TERRIBLE defenses this year. Smith ripped 'em up, no doubt, but its not like he was putting numbers up on the '85 Bears out there.

on the contrary , if he would have been starting every game and could have practiced in the fall he would have been able to get a rythm and may have had a good complete season. he wasnt able to do that till after minnesota game

I don't wear maize and blue glasses either. Until Chad Henne leaves Michigan, I'm not cheering for them. Who cares about the big ten anyways? Why do you feel like you know so much about everyone and everything?

And the reason why he wasn't able to play/practice is because he was an idiot and knowingly broke the rules. I don't forgive him so easily. Not when he's playing a position that's supposed to be the leader and the face of the team.

Trust me the D is gonna be just as good as they were this year.

It doesn't take genius to figure out that there defense will not be as good. So to say they will be just is good is wishful thinking. I think you underestimate the impact the 3 LBs had on the team. The OSU defense will not be as strong and they will have to outscore more opponents.

Thank god they changed that. Marcus Vick got kicked off of Virginia and he deserves it after all he's done. They were ripping him and Michael Vick appart on ESPN Radio.
