Any win on the road in the MAC is something to celebrate. Great confidence builder for this young and developing team. They're going to need it. Our schedule the rest of way includes:
Buffalo (twice)
Kent State (twice)
Akron (twice)
Miami (twice)
Ohio (twice)
at Toledo
at Ball State
Eastern Michigan
Bracket Buster
That's 6 home and 7 away in the conference. If we go 6-7, we'll end up 9-9 in the MAC. I'll take that because we'd probably get a first round tournament game at home.
Box out against Northern still sticks in crawl.

Just got back home from the EMU game. Back and forth game. Looked like the UT game when we blew the big early lead. Sumarco really lit them up though. He was unstoppable. Terrible atmosphere up there, as me and my buddy figured about 700-800 people actually there. Real spiffy place though, something BG should look into. Had lots of fun. I'll be back up in that area for the BG/UM hockey game Friday. GO BG, beat the Cards!
It's too big, IMO. It is a BEAUTIFUL arena, but it's too big for us or EMU. It looks so dreary when it's not full. This is the first EMU game I've missed in probably 4 years. Every year but last year I'd say our fans outnumbered the EMU contingent.WhoDeyBG wrote:Just got back home from the EMU game. Back and forth game.
