McConvey: ECHL All-Star (watch him on TV next week)

update on McConvey:

The Idaho Steelheads will have four representatives at this year’s All Star Game and all will be making their All-Star Game debuts. Center D’Arcy McConvey and Right Wing Garett Bembridge have been selected as starters for the National Conference All-Star Team and rookie defenseman Mike Gabinet has also been added to the roster. In addition, veteran equipment manager Khris Bestel has been selected to represent Idaho on the bench.

The ECHL All-Star game will be televised nationally on OLN, the cable network of the National Hockey League, this January 26th from 5-7 p.m. ET.

I hear no one organizes stick like Bestel....

Going to have to remember to watch this. So far I've been impressed with the way NBC has done NHL coverage.

i'm more curious how Bestel's going to "represent Idaho."

for some reason, i picture ralph wiggum standing on the bench saying "I'm Idaho!"

Just a reminder that this game starts in about 20 minutes on OLN. Hopefully McConvey can represent both BG and Boise well!
