Details From Jersey Maker
I got this message today from the guy that would be completing the jerseys for us. I know some of you were question his work, wanted samples to see the quality etc. and I was wondering about sending money off to this person but the testimonials speak for themselves.I am still waiting to get a few more sample pics and a size chart from the lady,BUT I can already start part of the process if you want to post these. These are different links from the past year from the board of different jerseys I've made for the members here. The links show the jerseys as well as the buyer's comments and other member's thoughts on them as well. This should be really helpful to potential buyers because not only does it show a wide variety of work that I have done, but it helps legitimize what I do and provides actual buyer statements about the porducts.I'll get right back to you as soon as I have a few more sample pics from this seamstress as well as a size chart.Take care!
Robb K.

What sticks out is his attention to detail and closeness to authenticity as possible. The people on this message board are REAL GEEEEEKS as far specific fonts and sizing and they are quite complimentary of "Robbman."
These links show his work and as he mentions we will get examples of what exactly the jerseys construction will look like from the seamstress as well as sizing.
Let me know if there are any more questions/concerns.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I've got one from '97 and it still rocks! My wife's cousin, Mike Foor, who played at BG from 82-85, gave me a brown jersey from that '85 MAC title team for Christmas a couple years ago.
I will definitely be getting one of these brown ones also...gotta birthday coming up in 5 weeks.

I work with Mike Foor in the Independence school district. We talk BG football all the time. I guess it really is a small world. If anyone has pictures of him in his playing days, I could sure use those for blackmail![]()

I would guess that this guy has a collegiate liscense based on the number of jerseys that he has produced. They really aren't as expensive as one might think, but I think they do have to be renewed every year.Schadenfreude wrote:I'm definitely in (XXL or size 50), and the price can't be beat.
My only question: Is this legal? BGSU needs to get some kind of royalty out of this, no?

Not neccessarily. Since the jersey only says "Bowling Green" on it and since the guy isn't making a profit, he's not really breaking the law. Now if it had the falcon logo on it you would definitely have to go to the University and fill out a form that says you won't use the logo to make money. I hope he doesn't mine me bringing it up, but Metz had to do some type of paperwork to get the Animals shirts made up.Schadenfreude wrote:I'm definitely in (XXL or size 50), and the price can't be beat.
