Interesting that this article says Bowling Green State University. My edition of the PD says Bowling Green State....not like Bob Fortuna, whom I know personally to goof like that...wondered who made the error/correction.

And in Roger Brown's column today, he says PJ Pope is in Cleveland working out with trainers Eric Lichter & Tim Robertson.

I can't believe you didn't mention this gem in Mr Brown's column today:

Houston got to the World Series following that "model"... though if there were TWO teams with one black player between them, Scoop Jackson would have a coronary.

I don't know which to be more confuddled about... the people that count how many of a certain race are on a team at a given time, or those that worry about having enough...
