What the hell is going on in Athens?

Kent State 73 Ohio 60 in Athens

Looks like both teams will need a big win on Saturday

Toledo goes down 53-57 in KZoo as well

Buffalo is getting blown out in Akron

Northern up 3 at half and Eastern is trying to hang on for their first win.

Something's gotta give in the BG/OU game. BG has lost 4 of its last 5 games and Ohio has lost 3 consecutive games. Depending on what happens with NIU/BSU coupled with UT's loss, we'd still stand in 8th in the MAC overall standings after tonight. To think we could very well be 7-3 insted of 4-6 is tought to swallow because those two one-point losses and the OT loss really stand out on nights like tonight to me. Heck, even Buffalo is only a game in front of us at this point. But it's all woulda, coulda, shoulda unless you do it.
GO BG!!!

O'Shea might want to call Stan the Man if he's having trouble uploading his resume on Monster.com

He stopped by the chat room to, um, congratulate, us on our play tonight. Wish I would have been aware of the Slobcats dropping another home game

He's the type of troll that would keep talking even if his team started the season at 0-20.

Nothing like having BG on the schedule next to break a losing streak.

Losing streak? This was the great OU basketball team that was supposed to sweep through the MAC! We're at least playing up to expectations.

I'll say it again and again, we'll beat BG, we'll win the MAC Tournament and we'll be back in the NCAA Tournament.
