Ohio will beat BG. We're 6-4 in the MAC, you're 4-6 in the MAC, and three of the last four teams that have played at BG have won. May as well make that four of the next five right now. Beat ya on Saturday.BGSU33 wrote:BG has now lost four out of its last five games and Ohio has lost three consecutive games coming into the BG/OU matchup. Something has got to give, and I hope it translates into a win for the Falcons. Man I hope we can win this game. GO BG!!!
Attention Everyone: Go To The BG/OU Game!!!

We're right where we were last year in the standings. We won it then, we'll win it again. But first, we'll beat BG. I hope you guys show up to see it for yourselves.Flipper wrote:You are a slow learner....the Bobcats are not one of the elite teams in the MAC this year. They have the talent to be one of those teams, but they lack the mental toughness and focus to reach their potential.

Parking
My dad is coming up for the game saturday. Where can he park at? By the library? Health Center? I've read before around here that parking can be a problem.

Re: Parking
I think people were talking about weeknight games in terms of parking being a major headache. On the weekends, with no classes going on, there should be plenty of parking either in the library lot or the lot behind the health center.BGSU Crazy Fan 58 wrote:My dad is coming up for the game saturday. Re: Parking
The library lot is permit only, but by being a Saturday, I'd imagine alot of the other lots having space. Virtually none of the commuter cars will be in their lots, though to be safe, maybe he should plan on getting into town extra early and taking his kid to get some lunch first?BGSU Crazy Fan 58 wrote:My dad is coming up for the game saturday. Sat. parking is much better than week day parking. I wish our game was earlier or later, Kent versus Akron is on Fox Ohio at the same time. Should be a great game! I'll be at AA hoping for a great game. Maybe I'll tape the Kent/Akron game. Both of those teams go 9-10 players deep and can play hard nose defense when they want to. I think Kent gets the nod at home but I think Akron will be the #1 seed come tournament time. We could see Akron and Kent with 14-15 conf. wins by year end. An at-large bid looks like a long shot for the MAC this year. That will make the tournament even better.
Snow in the forcast
I hope we can still get a good crowd, but were now supposed to get 4-8 inches on snow between Saturday morning & Sunday morning. Everyone travel safe and let's get a badly needed win!

We'll be there tomorrow, don't you worry. What you should be worried and concerned about is if your team will show up on its home floor. We'll be Uptown tonight, then we're hitting the road first thing in the morning. Rain or snow, we'll be there. Will BG's team or it's fans? Doubtful, very doubtful.dduncan wrote:I can already hear the excuses from the Ohio fan who posts here, that probably shouldn't go because of the predicted snow.
He's all talk on the internet, yet probably is just a regular guy that is quiet in person.

Chalk up a sweep for the Cats this season, mark it down now. You may have beaten us more in the regular season, but we beat BG more often when it counts. Just like the time we beat BG in the MAC Finals in the House That Snores. You beat us twice in the regular season that year, but we won the MAC Tournament against you on your home floor. You've never, ever won the MAC Tournament and we've won it several times.BGSU33 wrote:BG is the only team in the MAC that holds a winning record over Ohio in basketball.
