I fixed it. No worries. They're girls on Lexie's floor.

Yes...they were swim team girls. They don't like us music-type people. If anything classical/marching band-ish is played too loud...they report you to the RA's...

So, I'm excited about the homecoming show! Yay for getting to boogie on the field! What better way to celebrate 80 years, the alumni, and homecoming, than with the band shakin' their tail feathers and playing some awesome music?!

Thankfully, the Euphonium arc of death and the trumpet rotation of death have now been changed to the Euphonium arc of minor misery and the trumpet rotation of minor misery. Therefore: No euphs or trumpets getting knocked over on the field! Yay!

Saying that includes the entire group. One that knows I'm in band actually asked me to see if we could get the athletic band to one of their meets to play the fight song, SSB, and AZZ. Maybe some dislike the music you play in the dorms, but I know they don't ALL hate music-type people. Don't let one bad apple ruin the baker's dozen!

Wow. Way to mix your metaphors... but sure, I know what you mean.
Don't let one bad apple ruin the baker's dozen!
Certainly won't. Just as I would hope they wouldn't for us.

But what I said about non-bandees not "getting it" still stands though. You know it's true.
(I was just using an extreme example. *shrugs*)

I actually wasn't trying to "stir up a can of worms". I was telling the truth. Ask anyone who has been up there!
