It's been posted, but that's on Fox Sports Ohio if anyone cares. Mabey catch the second half.

Can you name a more deserving player?
I think he certainly deserves consideration, and I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but I can't see it happening because of our overall record. A team's record always seems to have a role in individual voting by panels. If those five losses by 13 points were reversed, I say yes. But right now, I doubt it.
I challange YOU, BGSU33, to name a better candidate.

"I'm" not saying he shouldn't, I'm saying the people that vote on these things always seem to look at how the team does as well. Look at the history of the MAC POTY's. Their teams always have good records. I'd vote for Samarco, but I'm not on the panel to do so. That's what I'm saying, I'm not saying he shouldn't. I just said I doubt he will but would love to see it happen.

38-25 Falcons at the half . . . Moon with 4 steals in the first half and playing very controlled for the most part. 7-2 EMU run to end the first half.

Oh, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Just name somebody. ;)

Seriously, this is an odd year in the MAC. None of the contending teams have anyone individually having a POTY-caliber year. The guys having the best individual seasons are playing for teams for losing records.

Good first falf for BG. We got solid production from many players. Nice to see Soler get a couple baskets too. Wish we didn't give up the little run before the half, but I'm happy we're ahead at the break. We need to come out and play hard right away in the second half, and hopefully we can put them away early.

Honestly, I haven't given it much thought as to who would be the MAC POTY candidates. I'm been so focused on what BG needs to do to try and secure a first round home game, I haven't thought much about it. But I do agree, it seems the players who are putting up the big numbers this year (like Samarco) are playing on the bottom teams, while the top teams are very balanced and there doesn't appear to be a clear-cut star this year.

Moon with 4 big steals in the first half and a great look to Wright as he flushes it at the end of the half. Big production from Lefeld, Wright, Samarco early and nice buckets from Soler.

16-11 rebound advanatage!

We just need to seal this game and get the win. These guys need something good to finally go their way. If they can get a win and start feeling good about things, you never know, it could spark us to get some more wins down the tough stretch we have ahead of us after this one tonight.

Sleepwalking in the second half . . . 45-38 . . . Get a TO and wake them up Dan! At least we make it to the media timeout at 16:00, but it's EMU's ball following Moon's TO.

Boler is owning the low post in the second half three buckets already and draws #3 on Marschall. Lefeld with 3 early ones as well.
