im sorry other than Ohio State and texas tech and USC, VY didnt play against anybody worth a damn. SAame with Omar except for @Wisconsin, and @Boise State, so i mean nither really played against tough comepetiton and VY had much better players around him, this sint a diss on Cuck or Steve and PJ but VY had the best OL in college football. you put VY on BG, he doesnt do any better than OMAR, you put OMAR on that texas team they had last year and they still go to the National title game, but VY performance in taht game is the reason why they won, ill give him that much. Mark my words, Omar WILL be the better NFL quarterback.
I'm glad you're such a big Omar supporter. You know what's coming next....But,
Nah, VY didn't play against tough competition. Only against a team that will produce 2 LBs in the first round and potentially 2 DBs in the first round. Then another 2 players drafted in the later rounds. All of this, while playing in Columbus, in prime time. I don't even need to say how impressive the final game was, against some good athletes. Nobody seems to realize that Young has improved at such a high rate, in almost all aspects. The biggest, besides showing that he can make all the throws? The poise and ability to win the big games. Going back to the 2005 Rose Bowl, Young started to show the ability to make plays when the team needed them the most. It obviously carried over the year towards a National Championship.
Some people here are just blind.
