Noah & I have been praying hard for you and your family. Congrats on joining the Gmen. Since you'll be nearby, we're hoping we can see you in action!

IamJ5 wrote:Thanks again guys for the support. To all that are wondering I will not be going over to europe. The Giants did not request me to go and I certainly didn't volunteer. I do plan on staying pretty active with the guys over at BG especially the young but talented AT....I heard stories about him after I left, and I feel like he's a good kid, So I will try to spend some extra time "tutoring" him.

That is absolutely amazing that you will be helping out AT! his game resembles yours more than Omar's and i think that he will greatly benefit from your tootalage! ill be rooting for ya with the G-Men

Congrats Josh! That's great news!

One of my favorite J5 momments came off the field and it always left an unanswered question in my head.

Your senior year here, over thanksgiving break you were into Krogers. I was standing at the meat counter talking to my friend who worked there. You walked up with your wife and asked where you could get a thanksgiving ham. After he told you, you walked away and I noticed you carrying a box of what looked like Honeycomb cereal in your hand.

I just want to know, was it Honeycomb? If so, when will we see that box of Honeycomb with you on the cover

Thanks for posting Josh and best of luck to you and your family!

On a side note, I took my family to Browns training camp last fall and was lucky enough to be there when the QB's were signing at the tables. Josh signed a couple autographs for my youngest daughter (7 years old). She was wearing her BGSU cheerleader outfit and Josh made a point to call her "BG girl" when she walked up to him. It really made her day and she still tells people about it. Thanks for making her feel special Josh!

Congrats J5, it's really great to see a FALCON making strides in the pro ranks. Good Luck, and love the site too.

Congrats Josh. I'm a big New York Jets fan. Now I'm wondering if I chose the right team. Good look with the Giants!

Just wanted to share some food for thought.....Don't be too quick to think Josh's "out of the game." Everyone in the League doesn't have the quick, Ben Roethlisberger-type success. It would be awesome but then we wouldn't have the same story to share. For some, (like us) it takes time. Kurt Warner played in the arena league (and had to work a PT job at a grocery store to make ends meet at one point in his career), Doug Flutie played in Canada....These all great QB names in the NFL!! I can even recall a time when no one even knew who Tom Brady was! (Sad, but true!) Now, I'm not saying Josh is a future Pro-Bowler, (that's up to him and God's plan), but what I am saying is...don't count him out. His road to success in the NFL has taken lots of twists, turns, and detours, but he's still driving!! For those with FAITH....keep on believing!

We're doing great by the way! And will be moving to NY next month so he can start training in the off-season program. Jacob is awesome. Nine months old and crawling all over the place. (His picture is to the left)
Hope everyone is great! Keep us in your prayers!
God Bless!

I can't think of ANYONE I'd rather see tutoring Anthony Turner than Josh himself! All we keep hearing is how Anthony is "like Josh Harris." If Turner turns out to be half as good as Harris was at BG, we're going to be in great shape down the road.
GO BG!!!

Jacob Harris - doesn't that sound like the perfect name for a future BGSU QB? Is his middle name McClure?

I think that we should retire #5 at BG until Jacob is ready to wear it.

Best of luck, Josh! Having followed Falcon football for over 25 years, I can tell you that few players have had the impact on the program that you have had. I enjoyed watching you lead the BG team and program and hope you will get the opportunity in the professional ranks too!
