Tonight...

Post by Rightupinthere »

Which defensive unit is going to show up tonight?

The one that shut down UofM and TOAMU, or the one that gave up the second highest goal number in the CCHA?

GO BG! BEAT DUH MAVS!

I am thinking the same team that nearly knocked of #2 Miami last week, which means BG wins this weekend and skates into Goggin next weekend.

.....then the next question

Who's going to be in the ChittyChat Room? Sam has a 6:00 PM Bball game so I should be back in the studio working and listening to the game by the time the puck drops.

I'll be there...remember the game starts at 8:05, not the usual 7:05.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I might make it. I have a dinner/non-date, so if I don't show up, give me a call. If I don't answer, send the cops. ;)

After the drinking threads in Free For All, I'd bet to save the nondate :partyman:

No PGY in the chat room tonight. I'll still probably be on the road driving to P-Burg. Won't be chatting saturday night either. I'll be out drinking in BG. Hopefully I won't run into saxy. Don't think I can drink at that level anymore :partyman: :drinkers:

Hope nobody is too distraught about this. Get a good crack in on BO for me. ;-)

As shocking as it may be to some of you, I won't be there tonight either. My annual company seminar in Columbus Saturday starts with my annual Columbus drinking reunion tonight around happy hour.

Jeez, maybe we DO need an AA meeting around here...

I take care of BO. But if Bando shows up, I am not saving him, nor will I fill-in for HoustonFalcon and find Bando a "Modeling Salon"

Let's keep it on topic.

Answer the question, Saxy, but make it hockey related.*

Hmm... That could be a challenge. How about the time I almost got kicked out of a hockey game for shouting creative one-liners at the refs... Does that count? Our you could go back and read the Free-For-All forum drinking threads. There's the story of the night I met Bleeding Orange. I wanted to go to Columbus and he offered me a ride downfor the hockey game. The catch - we'd never met. Turned out to be a good night, for the most part... (Too bad we lost teh game.) We got a ride to the bar from Bleeding's hotel's courtesy ride service, and I didn't have to spend much on alcohol, so of course I drank a lot. See the other entry for where the night gets, uhm, interesting... I'm just glad no one called the cops.
