BG baseball loses to Northeastern, 12-6
BG baseball loses to Northeastern, 12-6
BG jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the second inning, but fell behind by as much as 12-2 in the 8th. The Falcons added a few runs in the 8th and 9th to trim the lead to 12-6 but that was as close as BG would get. Well, let's bounce back tomorrow against Mount. St. Mary's and get back to our winning ways.
GO BG!!!
Looks like a lot of new faces in this line up today.

Looks like we played some of the younger guys. Coach Schmitz does not redshirt guys, unless they are injured. That's one thing incoming freshman know: they will get a chance to play at BGSU. This allows some of the big dogs some time off, as well as giving the other kids a chance to get their feet wet. Plus, the way the staff got rocked that day, looks like we had little opportunity.
