Bleeding Orange- what has he done to desserve this?

Bleeding Orange's parental units were at the Women's Game and they came up and reported that they had just called him out in Breathless AZ and told him they were in the arena AND HE WASN"T. His mom MAY have added a little na-na-na-na-na.

I am sure she will have her phone with her tomorrow. We may all have to find her and say hello---just to let him know we are thinking of him....

Yeah, my parents called me several times from the game, but it was at my request. Unfortunately I had to work throughout the first half of the game and I needed the update bad. I tried dropping the hint to my supervisor that it was absolutely killing me to not be there for the tourney for the first time in three years, but as soon as I said it was a women's game she and my coworkers just kind of gave me a puzzled look. They have no idea why I'm so obsessed with women's basketball, and I think they think me strange for it.

No matter. I was going to spend the day at work and the library tomorrow thinking that the next game was today, but I think both things are going to have to wait until after 3:00 or so...

As far as my mother goes, she is a very sweet woman and I love her to death, but if Kent beats EMU tomorrow and we do the same to Toledo, its war on Saturday. WAR I TELL YOU!!!!!!

Jealous as I am of all of you, I hope you are having a wonderful time at the Q this week!

I just spoke with my parents, and unfortunately they may not be at the game tomorrow. My mom definately won't be because she has to teach, but my dad might be depending on how one of his work projects goes in the morning. If BG gets to the championship game they will both be there for sure on Saturday.

I did tell my mother tonight that there is a possibility that we could be playing Kent for the title on Saturday, and she immediately began screaming "GO FLASHES! GO FLASHES!" She swore that if that came to pass she would be at the Q wearing Kent State garb. AAF, I tell you now, if that does happen, feel free to point my mother out to as many poeple as you can and tell them to make fun of her incessently. That is what I would be doing were I there, but since I can't be, I will rely on my AZZ family to do it for me. 8)

But for now.....BEAT THE ROCKETTES!!!!!!

Leaving now for the Q...thought I would check in first. BO, you can rest assured that I will be after the Mom in the BG section with the Kent garb on....I will though protect her from any rabid fans ttrying to take her down or anything. But I will laugh after the game while we cut down the nets.
