Very solid all around performance after the first half against Northern. It looks like this team is peaking at the right time.

If we can play like that in the NCAA tourney, the sweet 16 is a real possibility depending on seeding. This is already a historic season, probably the best ever by a MAC team. We could really make a statement with some noise in the dance.

I finally got to see this team play, and I love them. I love their overall speed to the ball on defense, the way they push the ball up the floor so quickly, and the way they find the open player. This team really impressed me today. I thought that they got complacent when they got up twenty the first time, but they buckled down and closed out the game the way a top 25 team is supposed to. The only thing that I worry about about is when Kate goes out of the game. McCall gets too far ahead of herself, and that worries me. The offense just doesn't flow as smoothly as when Kate is in. But overall, a great performance. The way that they play defense, they can give a lot of teams trouble. On to the tournament, and hopefully a couple of wins.

Awesome, Awesome job by the girls. They flat out dominated a good Kent St. team. This has to be one of the best teams to ever come through BG. I think they have a good chance to get to the sweet 16. Congratulations Falcons!!!

Damn straight.

When Kent made their only run of the game to get within 9, I watched the faces of the players as they came to the bench after Coach Miller called TO> They weren't fazed at all. It was like they were still up by 20. Kent tried to get off the mat and BG put a big ole foot right on the throat and slammed them down. I love that killer instinct. :smt063 :smt041

This is an incredibly special team...28-2....19 straight wins....back to back titles...back to back NCAA appearances.

GO FALCONS!!!!
