At least the MAC won a game this year, going 1-2. Akron beat Temple and lost to Creighton, and Miami lost to Butler. A side note to the Akron/Creighton game, the attedance at Creighton was over 10,000 for this game!!! You don't see figures that large for the NIT very often and it's by far the largest total for any NIT game this year.
