32% shooting as a team, and the "big 3" wasn't so effective this game...

imagine if that went down on Sunday, we might have been talking about a game on Tuesday

I told Mrs Freak during the game had UCLA shot like that against BG, the Falcons would have won by 10...

And I really enjoyed Boston College beating Ohio State. :D #1 seed DONE.

UCLA VS PURDUE GAME.....

Post by Falconboy »

Did anyone watch that game? How did Purdue look? Did they do anything special on UCLA or did UCLA just not show up this time in the shooting department?

I would say that 32% shooting as a team is a pretty good indication that we just caught them on an especially "hot" day. We were certainly not outmatched by them, in my opinion - we were just outshot by them. Kudos to UCLA for shooting so well, but I can't say that there is a thread in my body that is sorry to see them be knocked out of the tournament...
