And for the hard-core among us....

Here's a higher rez version that you can view full-screen w/o it looking too nasty. :-) It's about 118MB, so choose your download wisely.

Thanks for posting that Grant. Brings back some great memories of those two in a BG uniform. They both represented BG very well.

I remember watching that exact show when I was in school, it was cool to see it again. I watched both the Larranaga and Blackney shows religiously when I was at BG. Flashing back to that 1997 team and recalling how good they were, hearing Jay and Antonio talk about hoping to play in the NCAA Tournament……it just makes me sad that they and the rest of the team never got the chance to do it. A lot of people (outside of the MAC) missed out seeing just how good that BG team was and how good of a college player Antonio was because we didn’t play in the Big Dance.

Last one... for now at least.

A clip from WTOL on Antonio's graduation. Why I kept this stuff... I dunno... I guess for just this reason!

Well I've been looking around and I can't find anything so I have to ask... Why did Jim Larranaga leave BG? Was he fired or did he leave to go to George Mason. Someone give me the story on his departure.
Cool videos by the way. Wish I coulda been around during the glory years of the late 90's.

As to questioning why you saved this stuff, I can't answer that specifically, but I can say THANK YOU for saving it and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for posting it on here.

That was a cool video! Man , those where the days eh? I know this may sound like a stupid or an irrevelant question but how many of you think AD would have played 4 years of basketball here for a coach Dakich if he were coach and not Jim Larranaga? Something to think about as all.

You brought a tear to my eye.

I'm class of '97 and didn't miss a home game. Painted faces and 8 x 11 Orange 3s (for Tone, Jan and Tony Reid (remember him? He could shoot 'em too).

Good times!

Great stuff, man
