"Falcons Name Director of Football Operations
Bowling Green named David Ebersbach its new Director of Football Operations. Ebersbach comes to Bowling Green after spending the previous six seasons at Hanover College where he held several assistant positions including serving as Hanover's recruiting coordinator. Ebersbach was also an assistant coach with Bluffton College from 1996-1998."
Has this been discussed here before? What does this mean for us? I don't know anything about this position.
