And what does you continually asking that accomplish? I think you have said that 7 times now.BGDrew wrote:No one said you couldn't discuss it, but what in the world does it accomplish?

When have I ever "accomplished" anything on this board?BGDrew wrote:No one said you couldn't discuss it, but what in the world does it accomplish?
I just really, really don't get why you don't want anyone to talk about it. The only reason I can see shutting down threads or erasing posts is if rumors, hearsay, or other out-of-line things get posted. I haven't seen any of that. But I'm confident that if there were, the "powers that be" would take care of it. Obviously, you have a strong opinion on it. But loosen up! (There are some good bars there in town to help you do that. Or hey, go visit AT & crew!)

What has ever been accomplished at AZZ.com?BGDrew wrote:No one said you couldn't discuss it, but what in the world does it accomplish?
What does singing "Ay Ziggy Zoomba" accomplish?
What do college students accomplish playing football?
None of it feeds hungry children or stops Ohio jobs from being shipped to China or lowers the price of tuition.
If AT has a monster game, we are gonna talk about him. If AT stinks up the joint, we are gonna talk about him. It's the nature of it all.
I understand that players may not like some of the things that are said about them in forums like this.
But it goes with the territory in Division I-A. And I don't think anything in this thread is remotely out of bounds.
The GLIAC, the OAC and the NCAC are all excellent options for college students who want to play football in anonymity.

I was going to respond in kind, but really, how could I have said it any better than this?

AT..........
If you don't want' to be talked bout negatively in this fashion I'd say don't get into trouble, walking around with pot. If you don't want to be talked about at all on fan message boards don't except scholorships to any university and you'll be safe. Thats how I see it.

Yeah, I'd say its bout time to get off this subject too. I hope this is the end of this kind of stuff. I shall commence with the thread axe.Flipper wrote:I think we should give it a rest because it's just not very nice to gossip about other people and dwell on their personal misfortunes.
I could say it's just pointless jock sniffing and low level star f**king, but that wouldn't be very nice either.
