Other NFL Falcons

Chuck is now a Jaguar. He signed with Jacksonville so he is heading home. Steve is also heading home as he is a Cleveland Brown now. PJ Pope will be heading to the windy city to become a Chicago Bear. Those are all I know of right now as of UDFA go. I'll let you know if I hear of any other ones.

Good news! Thanks for sharing! Steve really came along his senior year, I'd love to see him keep developing and eventually getting a shot in Cleveland!

I've heard, and maybe someone from BG can back me up on this, that Rob has dropped ALOT of weight since November, and his O-Line days are most likely over. Surprised me when I heard it, but from what I heard, he's down around 240.

That's a ton of weight to lose in a short period of time.....that's .....odd....I wonder what his % of body fat was before and after....

Actually, "a ton of weight" would be 2,000 lbs... this would only be about 60.

I do think it's odd, too, though... there's probably someone around here that knows him and can confirm... either that he's lost he weight, or that I'm hearing voices again.

Yeah Rob has lost about 70lbs. He had no intentions of playing due to all his knee problems. He says he is feeling alot better. He is down to a healthier weight. You have to understand that some of these guys really have to eat and eat and eat to maintain their playing weight. He said it wasnt healthy, and now he has lost it by pretty much giving up fast food.

Yeah, thinking back, that was alot of the story I heard (aside from the knees being the reason to stop playing... I thought it odd that such a good OL would give up like that, but now it makes perfect sense)... Just that he started eating like a normal human being and his weight went down.

When we were at the spring game, several former players were on the west side (offensive) sidelines. Chuck, Steve, Mike Thaler, Mruczkowski, and Warren. It looked like Rob, but I couldn't believe that he lost that much weight. He looked like he was in really good shape. Thanks for clearing it up that it was, in fact, Rob.

I'm quite jealous of this...it'd be nice to lose the weight that easy. Glad to hear Rob is happy and healthy.
