WMU knocks BG softball out of MAC Tournament

Post by BGSU33 »

BG fell to WMU 2-1, knocking the Falcons out of the MAC Tournament. Damn. BG went 2-2 in the tournament, and both losses were by one run.
GO BG!!!

Well, damn. I can't say that I am not disappointed, but it was still a heck of a year for the Lady Falcons! Sure would have been nice to get Gina and the other seniors another Championship in their senior year, but none of them should hang their heads for any reason. It was a great effort and they ALL represented BGSU spectacularly!

Thank you, ladies!

Whoa whoa...we could still get an at-large bid to the NCAA tourney. With the record we have on the season, and doing well against some tough competition in the early tournaments, you never know!!

This is very true! I wasn't even thinking about this last night. Let's keep our fingers crossed! :D

Tough way to end a solid year. Let's hope the NCAA looks favorably on the Falcons!
