You can get a lot more than love for $500 in Toledo...if you aren't concerned with age...

I'd be interested to see how much "pressure" BG is placing on vendors. My dad, BGSU '64, HATES the new logo. "Looks just like a damn Redhawk!!!!"
I don't care for it that much cuz I totally love the original logo...but it doesn't bother me like it does him.

They better NEVER, EVER get rid of the original in favor of this new one.

Original??? Suppose people were saying the same thing when they ditched this one in favor of your "original?" ;-)

I like the retail logo. I think I am going to work it into my tattoo....if I ever get it

:smt109

My main problem is that they keep getting it drastically wrong/ mis-colored, etc

I like all the logos. The traditional one is the best, but I'm gonna stray away from the norm and even say that I like the new logo. It does look more like a bird than the other one, and its not like gobs of people in public would mistake you for a redhawk fan... at least not around here!
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

I love the "new" Falcon logo (see signature). I think it helps update the logo a bit but still keeps the past in mind.

Then again, I'm a fan of the retail logo too as is the University's merchandising which has seen an increase in sales of the retail logo.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
