I believe, although I could be wrong, that games were filmed in 1985 by Scott Hamilton's father from the top of the press box. Every game was filmed for team use, I would hope by that time we realized that these games should be archived. I think the archivist is based in Anderson Arena. If anyone comes up with anything on this it would be awesome!

Please, Swoop, you're getting confused. YOU were the one that started ripping on Dover left and right for no reason, calling them "Sandy Valley bush league". Don't turn this around and lay the blame on my door step.JohnnySwoop '85 wrote:Why doesn't someone just call the football offices and ask if they have the footage. VCR's were around then, but it isn't real game film unless it's reel-to-reel
As for the greatest comebacks of all time football history, I'd wax on about Wadsworth in 2003 scoring 17 in the last 4 mins, 10 of which in the last 40 seconds to tie, then beat Medina in OT.
But then Freak would start hammering on Medina County
Medina doesn't need me to hammer them. You probably do a good job of that anyway. Seems nobody can live up to the "Wadsworth" level. LOL!

the game, like so many MAC games is not listed at

if some one wanted they could place an order for the game and he would try to get it through his sources and if he does..its not cheap 200 bucks, but it could be divided amongst the collective, i would not mind having that game.

Re: 1985 Miami Miracle Questions
Sorry to bring this up again. But I thought we recovered two onside kicks, but that doesn't make sense if the score was 24-14 and the Falcons scored two TD's to win. Was it just one onside kick with less than a minute remaining, and two TD's scored in that last minute? I can't find anything on Google search or Yahoo with more details.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I was there as well...and I'm pretty sure we recovered 2 onside kicks. Not sure of the score at all during any point of it though.

Love the Newspaper Archive. It's a shame Google scrapped the project.ZuluWarrior wrote:TG Thanks a bunch. Googled, Yahoo'd, Bing'd and couldn't locate a thing. Truly appreciated.
