How can I get one of these directors chairs? They're sweeeeeeet...
We'll keep you posted on these. They are really nice. The tray folds and locks into position. On the other side are various pouches for cell phone, etc. Very sturday and well made. I was out this evening sitting in my Georgia Bulldog sample polishing the diamond plate on the Jambulance.
I suspect the new logo, but I'll check nonetheless and let you know. It may have to be a late Father's Day gift.

Ranger,

First of all, I MUST, MUST, MUST have one of those director chairs and Mrs. Freak said that would make a swell Father's Day gift. She's right, of course. So keep us posted as I will be ordering one as soon as they're available.

Second, does this chair come with the original Falcon Head logo or the new logo only? I'm not crazy about the new logo. I'm with MACMAN....gimme the old school logo every time.
If it only comes with the new Redhawk wannabe logo, it'll have to do. :-D

I must have missed the announcement regarding the sexual orientation of the new logo.
I didn't even realize Hades had an orientation to be compared to!
Hell is quite gay, as well as very ugly, pretty, sexy, funny, dumb, stupid, smart, etc.
Actually I heard that Hell is having a huge celebration tomorrow in honor of 6-6-06. Hell, Michigan. Yeah, there's a lot of homophobia on this board. Methinks the ladies do protest too much.

Ranger Rocket,

I recently bought a tailgating mat (5' x 6') through eBay. The company is known as Fan Mats. I have the mat in my office and have had several people make positive comments. Something like that may be nice to look at. I've got people that want us to buy another one and have at the front doors leading into the Office of Admissions.

No problem, Ranger. The season doesn't start for another 87+ days so I'm good! Thanks for checking on this for me.

Well here is your copy of the memo
New logo is gay as they come. They should have just purchased the rights to tinkerbell from disney and gone ahead and called us the Fairy's.

Now I'm starting to be offended by MACMan's signature.
one thing Browns Fans will never have....a superbowl title.
Only a Sith speaks in absolutes...remember, "Never" is a VERY, VERY long time.

Here is your copy of a different memo:

Being against the use of the term "gay" to criticize a logo (or anything) doesn't equal being "PC". But, we shouldn't expect you to know that.

I picked up the tailgating chairs, director's chairs, and a couple of tailgating gazebos today. I haven't had time to look at them.

Costs will be:

Director's Chair - $50
Tailgating Chair - $30
Gazebo - $225

Gazebos will only be available in the greater Toledo area because they are large/heavy. I need to figure out how I'll package the Director's chairs and come up with a S&H cost for them. Ditto on the tailgating chairs. Bear with us as we continue to work on the www.thefalconstore.com website which should make things much easier.

Freak,

Unfortunately until we get the website up we'll have to do things via email or PM. Our web guy is working on it but we've still got a ways to go.

I'll get some measurements and then try and get by my friendly box company today and see what they have to ship the Director chairs out in. From there I'll have to see what they weigh (they are actually very strong but lightweight). Give me a few days and I'll get this figured out. I'll send you a PM once I've got everything good to go.

Can stuff be picked up from you, to save shipping costs?

(Freak, I could pick up anything you order and bring it to the first home game!)
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

If you're in the greater Toledo area I can usually work out a time/date to meet up. Just let me know via a PM.
