I tried to come up with some earth shattering post for #5000 but decided to keep it simple.

"When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown in to the sea."

So said Manchester United's one time iconic French talisman Eric Cantona, who's philosophical answer to a post match question about soccer left an astonished posse of tabloid journalists unusually lost for words as they struggled to grasp what this meant for Anglo-French relations.

I don't believe the post count. I think Intel slipped us a mickey and installed a defective CPU. I'm missing at least 2 zeros, more like 3 zeros by my calculations.

Saw the man play (at Wembley, no less). He was "popping his collar up" while today's rap stars were in grade school. Best touch, ball control I have ever seen in person. Not a bad karate kick either.

You DO get around, don't you Dayon! Well, check this out - the old Wembley has been torn down, and replaced with a..... NEW Wembley. About half a billion dollars over budget, well behind schedule, but probably an improvement on what was an aged stadium, no doubt. There are just about enough seats for Bowling Green to be the first US college 1A team to play in the UK against... how about Michigan? What do you think?
