I've lived in Columbus my entire life apart from the 4 great years I was at Bowling Green. I can tell you that there are only two bad things about living here. 1) North Columbus traffic, and 1a)Buckeye Fan. Buckeye Fan thinks it's a birthright that OSU dominate every media outlet in the city. Buckeye Fan uses very little if any logic when making statements about his team. Buckeye Fan actually in most cases didn't even go to OSU. 9 out of 10 times Buckeye Fan is either a high school graduate, barely, or went to Columbus State Community College.
Believe me, I homer out any chance I get for the Falcons, but most Buckeye fans are booger eaters that should either remain on the west side or town, or the south side of town. Your contemptable attitude wears on the rest of us heavily here in Columbus, in most cases because we are your supervisors.
Apart from Fred Beekman park I can't think of one positive thing to say about OSU.

Wow...you're just a student fool? I would have guessed that you're chairing the department...tekekini wrote:Hello you live in Columbus. who the hell else do you expect to dominate every media outlet in the city? BG???
also, I am attending grad school night classes starting this fall.. Iam now a student fools.
actually i do not live in columbus, not even in Franklin County. I hold a full time job in Madison County at BCI&I. The AG office is paying part of my grad school. not much but some.Columbus_Zak wrote:Judging from your contributions here I was guessing, lives on Cleveland Ave next to northern lights, and is stuck getting his GED at North Adult.

So he's a hillbilly. Helps to explain that Marshall-esque attitude of superiority.tekekini wrote:actually i do not live in columbus, not even in Franklin County. I hold a full time job in Madison County...

I agree. I have lived in the Columbus area for about a year and haven't had a big problem with the local Buckeye fans. I think alot of the problem-maker Buckeye fans are those from the out-lying small towns that don't have a lot else going for them in their lives except for being a Buckeye fan.Columbus_Zak wrote:It's like I told you, 90% of OSU fans aren't even from Columbus, and didn't even go to OSU. Which is what makes their over the top sense of attatchment and superiority all the more funny.
Booger eaters.

So you have a problem with people being OSU fans if they are from or live outside of Columbus city limits? and do not go to school there?
Do you know how many people DO NOT go to college? Do you know how many people do NOT live in a division 1 A college town? What the F are those people supposed to do?
"Oh i didnt go to school i dont live in a major college town I guess I cant watch football..If I do I am a "booger eater" (childish).
Of course 90% of OSU fans live outside of Columbus. Columbus isnt all that big of a city. I guess someone who lives in xenia, chillicothe, canton, marysville other smaller towns with no major colleges are not supposed to root for OSU because they are not from Columbus or did not go to school there?
I suppose they should root for BG instead even though they do not live in BG or did not go to school there?
You are a frickin idiot.
Thats is the most retarded philosophy ever.
You sir are the perfect example of a hypocrit. it is ok for someone to like BG but have no affiliation of them but not OSU..When OSU carries the name of the state, it is the lone powerhouse in the state. NOBODY OUTSIDE OF alumni or lving in the town can root for them!!
HOW DARE anyone root for OHIO state.
Please explain your philosophy and reasoning for hating OSU because 90% of the fans live outside of Columbus, a small smal small part of the state where thousands and thousands of people live. If your philosophy was the standard, college football would be nothing like it is today.
your a major idiot

I have quite a lot going on sir, your philosophy would not hold true in my case.
1. I help run and support the following law enforcement website www.ohleg.org
2. I have a house that I had boughten in November and in the middle of remodeling
3. Will be taking grad school classes at OSU at nights starting fall quarter.
4. Planning a wedding that is just 6 months away
5. refinishing gym floors on the weekend for the family business.
I have more than enough going on. I come from a town outside of columbus, and i do not have an over the top attatchment. I have a deep loyalty to the school i grew up watching and learned to love and am now a part of.
