If you are going to mock a UW school, River Falls is a good candidate (or its "sister" school in Platteville). It's primarily an ag/math/science school, with no party scene and the quality of women you would expect at such a place.
The women in that picture (especially the rather hefty one) are pretty typical of what you find there. Oh, and the biggest frat there is an "Ag." frat. Any jokes that you can come up with pretty much fit.
One of my wife's former colleagues at BG went there for undergrad, and had a hard time keeping a straight face when trying to defend the school when I was mocking the place.
It sure as hell isn't Madison, or for that matter Eau Claire, LaCrosse, or Point.
