I don't think that they'll let you park in the stadium. They put a lot of work into maintaining that field.

Now, to park around the stadium, depending upon the proximity of the lot to the satdium itself, you can expect to pay maybe $8 - $25. There may be some that are more pricey, and, for that matter, the prices may be increased since there are two major events on going at the Lakefront that weekend.

If Freak isn't in Cleveland by 3pm for tailgating before the opener, I'll eat a bug.

No need to do that TG. I've already made it know to Mrs. Freak that we will be leaving Green by 1pm. That puts us downtown around 2, give or take a few minutes due to traffic.

Swoop,
Sorry my man but we're heading up earlier than 3:15. Now, if ya wanna hook up in Montrose around 1:15-1:30? That we can do.

24 days....Somebody contain the excitement.

I'm hopin' for that, but it's all a matter of when my ride leaves BG. Or I guess maybe I might be the ride, but after driving up from Indy, I'm really hoping that isn't the case!

OK, I'll go back and re-work the agenda...."hey wife, me and Pete and the boys we'll head on down and let you know where to meet us if you would like to leave later"

It's akin to when the cowboys headed West and told their women "We'll send for you"

We are arriving Friday night. Any word on BG fan get togethers for Friday evening? We have 17 coming up from Florida and this will be our FIRST BG football game, so we really want to start things off right. I really want to meet as many BG fans and tailgaters as possible all day Saturday, then enjoy watching my first BG WIN! (Yeah I know  )

Looking forward to Labor Day Weekend!

If what hammb has said about people being there the night before is true, I'm sure there's some kind of RV parking around...

For further clarification, the "West 3rd lot" is the one we're starting to talk about as "home" now, right??

I just got four free tickets to the Browns final preseason game on Thursday, 8/31. I am seriously considering just staying in Cleveland from Thursday to Sunday. :D :partyman: :drinkers: :smt101

The West 3rd lot works fine for me. We'll be there :)

I know the Muni allows RVs, but you have to pay for however many parking spaces you might take up. I have to imagine that the W. 3rd lot will allow RVs as well. There are usually a ton of RVs up there every Sunday.

I think the West 3rd lot looks good. Just picked up my grandpa's party tent yesterday. So In case you are confused as to who is under the BG and UK flags, look for a tent that says "NAPA"

Thats where the good Blackberry beer will be. :D
