I just wanted to drop in to say hello and wish your boys a good game Saturday night. Does anyone have any attendance projections? Other than the UW Marching Band, I'm not sure how many red-clad fans will be traveling to Cleveland? I have a feeling this game will go down to the wire (again). I'm nervous thinking about it, but at the same time really excited to finally kick off the '06 season!

Best of luck in the MAC this year. :-)

All there seems to be are rumors about attendance for the game. However, the rumors are that there should be a good turnout. Rumors are anywhere from 30,000 to 50,000...but those are just rumors.

Good luck winning the Big 10. After the 2nd, I'll be cheering for you.

I've seen a couple of official guesses at attendance. One was "30,000 to 40,000." Another -- and this might have been the USA Today article on our lackluster attendance last year -- was "30,000 to 35,000" if memory serves.

That sounds about right to me.

Glad to hear that UW's Band will be there. The FMB loves seeing other bands! Despite the outcome of the game, we'll welcome them to Cleveland!
