BGSU vs Wisconsin is officially listed as available.
I called my provider (Dish Network). They said they are no longer offering this on an individual week basis (i.e., the only option is to purchase the entire season). I assume this is the case with all providers?
I'll be headed to a sports bar to watch it.
ESPN GamePlan
I saw that Gameplan Whisky at BG listing last night too on our online guide. We have Brighthouse networks here in Florida. We have the option to purchase the season or individual weeks. Now the question is, since the GamePlan channels are non-recordable through the Brighthouse DVR, how can I make a copy of the game?

YES! I have that DirectTv sports pack and I'm nervous as all heLL as to whether or not I'm going to be able to get this game. I do get the YES network but it is sometimes blacked out for games and I am not sure why. For example the Yankees were playing the other night and it was blacked out. I think they were playing the Angels and I dont know what California or New York have to do with West Lafayette, Indiana but apparently they want me to order MLB extra innings which will never happen. In '04 the BG-OU game was listed on one of the sports pack channels, I cant remember if it was YES or a different one, but the game was blacked out and I had to order ESPN Gameplan. Even back then you couldnt order one game, but you could order one week. I have it in my checkbook that I paid $119 dollars and I know for sure that it was for the entire season pass, but I really wanted to watch the BG game ONLY, it was just something stupid like $99 for that week alone
! So I figured I was getting screwed that much, I might as well pay the extra 20 or so and not risk having this problem again later on in the season. Anyway I am really hoping that YES does not blackout this game, otherwise I will be on the phone again with DirectTv asking why, and 10mins later be on the phone ordering ESPN Gameplan!
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

Dude, have you looked at DTV's HD bundle?! The biggest reason why I would never even consider DTV (besides price) is because their HD package sucks in comparison to what you're currently getting on Dish Network (at least looking at the websites).MACMAN wrote:Got GP via DN been with DN for going on ten years. Will be making a switch after the season to Direct tv...Only because I dont like DNs HDTV bundle.
I have TimeWarner cable and we get as many HD channels as DTV provides (although I wish we had ESPN2HD).

That's right. We just got Dish Network about a month ago because they have at least twice the number of HD channels of DTV (but they don't offer the YES network in any package, so it's still off to the bar on Sat for me)Dude, have you looked at DTV's HD bundle?!
