No offense, if I ever saw that I'd probably throw a drink in your face.Sweets9 wrote:I have to bartend all day Saturday and I plan on wearing my OSU jersey during the Bucks game & quickly switching to my Falcons jersey between games.
I need to get one of those hybrid jerseys with two separate ones sewn together.

Max Air and Top Thrill Dragster are definitely on the agenda. I haven't been there since 2004 and we are spending the night in Huron. Up and at the Point early and as soon as those gates open....I do hope the Freaklings can keep up with the old man.ZiggyZoomba wrote:I wear orange and brown every Friday!
Freak, ride the Top Thrill Dragster... it's worth the wait!!
I love that place.

MajorFalcon, you have a pretty good excuse. Wouldn't want you to draw attention to yourself while in harms way. Think about you often. Enjoyed the articles in the Dispatch on your ordeal (and excitement).MajorFalcon92 wrote:I can only wear a brown t-shirt & underwear here. Orange tends to stick out around here & is not good for your health.
Hope your back to see the Jackets in action this season. While they have to sign Fritchie and Zherdev, I think they will do just fine.
Go Falcons (and Jackets)!

Despite what others say, way to show your spirit. There is nothing wrong with being a fan of more than one team. Of course on October 7, you better be wearing your Faclon jersey. Unless your job, or health depends upon it.Sweets9 wrote:I have to bartend all day Saturday and I plan on wearing my OSU jersey during the Bucks game & quickly switching to my Falcons jersey between games.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I'll be at my brother's wedding while the game is going on, and I have to say, if I wasn't dead sure my life would be over for doing it, I'd bring a pocket radio and show up in a bright orange tux (I'm in the wedding.)
That said, I'll definitely at least be wearing SOMETHING BGSU related underneath the formal-wear.
Oh, and you can count me in on the Friday support.. I have my BEAT WISCONSIN shirt ready to go for Friday and 3 more orange shirts ready for the weekend.
Go Falcons!
