Hey, LEON CANT DO IT ALL! haha I wish they would bring back those commericals! You are right though, despite going undefeated on my Thursday games, I only went 12-9 on my Sat/Sun games. I have to say I was pretty ok with that, until I saw it put me in a tie for last!! AHHH! Now that I know I have some competiton, I'll have to stop sandbaggin and pick up the slack this week!
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

I would have gone 5-0 in games I actually bet if BC had played 4 quarters instead of 3. 4-1 looks good in my bank account though. Thank you USC, Minnesota, BSU, and....Wisconsin

Didnt you take Miami though? or you at least said to stay away from it, when I said NW covers easy. ;-)

I stayed away -- if I had been forced, I would have chosen Miami. I never bet games with that much emotion in them, like rivalry games.

I knew there was going to be a lot of emotion, but Miami is overrated emotion or not. Also NW is underrated. Everyone makes a big joke out of them in the Big 10, but within the last 2 years they have beaten OSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, Purdue, and they certainly had PSU beat last year until they gave up two 4th and longs on the last drive. I understand why you stayed away from the game, but NW is such a better team than Miami that it seemed to me even with the added emotions NW would prevail.

I like all your guys thoughts on the bets, and the reason I said BGSUfootball fan was because he was the first to respond but he did tell me all the right ones and I know some of you agreed but hell the more advice the better...
So far I'm 8-1 on my bets over the last weekend and won about $500, which isn't much but I like to start out slow. This week I'm putting $75 on a 3 team par-lay and it pays out $500. This is what I'm thinking even though the bets came out today....Pitt-8 over Cincy....V.Tech-11 over NC. So I need 1 more game I'm not going to lie I liked Penn St +8.5 against ND but who knows. I also liked Boise St-8 @home against Oregon St.
But let me know what you guys think I want to get them in by tonight because I'm going out of town Thursday and I have a bunch of things to do tomorrow. On another note good game Saturday I was in attendance BG hung tough but the special teams and the UW o-line wore BG down in the 4th. However my boys did cover the spread for me.

Pitt and VT are good picks, stick with those 2. Boise to cover Org St is a bad pick I think, I'd almost take Org St, but nah lay off of it. I would lay off of ND too, bc they can really score if they want to, although if I had to chose that game I would take PSU. What else is there though? I dont have the games or the spread infront of me!

Now the V.tech spread went to 12.5, do you still like it? I also like T. Tech -7 against texas el paso

I'd still take VT to cover, although I'm playing it at -5, I like the Texas Tech one, although again I took that one at -4, I'm not so sure I would take Oregon, they looked good last week but so did Fresno. Here's some of the ones I'm taking and with the spreads. Washington +20 @ OU, Auburn -16 @Mis St, Louis -32 @ Temple, Vandy +20 @ Bama, Wyoming +15 @UVA, Iowa -13 @ Cuse, San Jose St +17 vs Stanford, Ark -19 vs Utah St

I took V.Tech-12.5 vs NC, I mean NC lost to Rutgers by 5, I know Rutgers isn't bad this year but still. I also took Pitt-8 vc Cincy and T.Tech -7 vs utep...utep barley beat sdsu. I stayed away from oregon but I actually liked them -5 vs fresno. I put $70 on that 3 team par-lay if I win it's like $500. I hope betting this early helps me rather then hurts me if that V.tech spread goes down.
