BG-UB Official Prediction thread...

Post by BGSUFootballFan »

Thought I'd get things started off, but this will be a tough game to judge with Turner at QB and Freddie playing elsewhere. I think we get a pretty solid win, but play too much ball control to cover the spread.

BG- 30
UB- 13
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

24-7 good guys.

I think we'll be OK in this one. Baby steps for this young team.

Does one of those "fun things to do on a rainy day" involve crushing the very will of a team from Buffalo? :-D

Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone wonder why the NCAA goes after historical indian names like the Miami Redskins, but allows blatently sexist names like the Buffalo Bulls?

I mean, think about how their women's teams must feel. What are they... the Lady Bulls? The Cows?

Along with no playoff, just another reason why college sports are going downhill!

BG 28
UB 6

Their offense obviously is not very good after a 3 point performance in regulation against the worst team in 1-A and I think the BG defense is improved over last year and will show it against MAC competition. As for the BG O, I am excited to see the possibilities with Turner and Barnes both on the field.
