Thanks 1987alum. I needed some laughs after a long day. Wow a team that wins one game a season and is coming off an "amazing win over Temple" all of the sudden thinks they can beat BG. Most of the post shows the knowledge of UB football fans. Just enjoy....cant wait till Saturday.

I would not say "quite a few"...Most of them are realistic and predict UB keeping it close but still losing.

The majority of those guys are going to get a serious reality check on Saturday methinks. I especially liked it when they based their predictions on how well Freddie will play QB on Saturday. Silly bulls.
As Rece Davies, ESPN personality, says: "You don't just walk into Doyt Perry Stadium on a Saturday afternoon and expect to leave with a victory."

That was to funny...they beat Temple...just barely and they think have got something...in DIII AAAAAAAA maybe.
Score Ub 10 i buy that as even a broken clock is right twice a day...both score off of blocked puts Ill bet...or our punter kicks one back over his head to set the TD...dont laugh Im serious.
BGSU 44 maybe 52

My quick math shows 2-1 for Buffalo among those actually predicting scores. In the world of Internet message boards, that's quite a few.ffejfalcon wrote:I would not say "quite a few"...Most of them are realistic and predict UB keeping it close but still losing.

I just went through it and saw that 7 picked UB to win and 6 picked BG to win. Thats not so bad, how many of us last year took BG over WMU or Akron? Its football anything can happen, but I still think BG will roll them.
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!
I watched a little of the Temple-Buffalo game. The Bulls may not win many games in 2006, but they were styling in their all blue uniforms. Helmet, shirts, and pants, all blue.
Turner Gill may be the catalyst that draws good recruits to that program. His background certainly beats most, if not all, MAC head football coaches.
This years game should go to the Falcons. I do predict that both teams will show up.

I'm all for being positive about your team but I'm afraid BG is gonna run the ball right down Buffalo's throat. If we can put up 200+ on the Wisconsin D, which returned 8 starters from 2005, with a backup QB and a RB that hasn't played in 2 years....
I congratulate the Bulls on their win over Temple. A win is a win is a win. But BG isn't Temple...
My fave post is by some choch nugget named Bullsonparade...who takes shots at our colors and compares us to pumpkins. I guess when you finish last in the league every year, ya gotta take shots somewhere.
I do hope this guy makes the trip.
Falcons roll in the Perry Stadium opener.

Well, that certainly wasn't the case last year when went went 2-3 at home and lost three consecutive games at home to close out the season.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:As Rece Davies, ESPN personality, says: "You don't just walk into Doyt Perry Stadium on a Saturday afternoon and expect to leave with a victory."
But I think we'll bounce back this weekend. And I hope we see some Buffalo fans make the trip. If they had 30,000 at home for Temple, maybe they bring a few fans with them for the MAC opener.
UB - 12
BG - 25
Quirky game, quirky score, but (hopefully) a win.
GO BG!!!

One would think that there would be some originality there. Either bullsonparade is copying <verbatim, mind you> UT fans' mantra, or there's some mental illness associated with the color blue.Falconfreak90 wrote: My fave post is by some choch nugget named Bullsonparade...who takes shots at our colors and compares us to pumpkins. So difficult to tell.
BG wins - 27-17. I have a gut feeling it's going to be closer than people think.

Has anyone else been laughing hysterically while reading the topics in the "Buffalo Bulls Football" forum? Up at the top there is a topic entitled Why upsetting Bowling Green is very possible and likely, and just below that is a thread titled we're out of the bottom ten!.

I would really caution folks about laughing too hard.
Also, BGfbfan - whoever you are on here, don't go over to other people's house, take a dump and expect them to flush the toilet.
Bad form.
