Look at some of Toledo's stats from the game last night.

I know the only stat that matters is in the W/L column, but wow, some of these are pretty bad.

NET YARDS PASSING
136
Completions-Attempts
15-47
Yards Per Pass Play
2.7

PUNTS
12
(at least they got 12 of them off :? )

PENALTIES
11
Penalty Yards
113

It's good for all of the MAC that Toledo won. Any out of conference win helps all.

Secondly, if quality if an ingredient to join a BCS conference, then how did Marshall and Central get invited to join C-DOA?

And lastly, I think travel costs alone would kill UT if they joined the Big East.

Isn't Toledo's home record in the @$$ Bowl over the past couple of years something like 35-2? It looks like Miami and Northern Illinois are the last two teams to come out of toledo with a win. Miami back in 2002, and Northern Illinois last year in 2005. That's rather impressive, hopefully we can become the most recent team to beat them in Toledo come November.

Some may argue though that it's a lot better than the MAC, even though we all know here that Convict-USA is just about a dead end for any school to join.

No distinction in the W/L column for pretty wins and bad wins.
