No, but it might be sweeping Ohio State after a plethora of losses to them over the past few years. It might be finally beating Michigan after years of frustration against them. It also might be winning the UConn holiday tourney in dominant fashion after not having won a holiday tournament for several years. It might also be skating with every team that we have faced, even in losing efforts over the past several years, after numerous years of skating after a lot of opponents.

No, it certainly isn't the 0-8 playoff record.

Thankyou for proving my point!! I knew someone would stumble into it. IN ORDER TO HAVE A CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM THERE MUST BE FAITH IN THE COACH. The whole point of this post. When you are missing even one element you will not have a successful team.

I think "bigdog"is killing the topic. Whether you like Pooch as a coach or his ability as a coach is not material. We have him this year so let move on and see what the guys can do. Danton Cole may add something to the coaching and we may even be supprised this year. I hope so.
If you're ridin' ahead of the herd, take a look back now and then to make sure it's still there.

Everyone do me a favor and look at the response that "freddiethefalcon" made on "the coach" thread. He could not have said it better. It is time for the community to really see what is going on. All the disrepect, poor coaching and treating the players like children needs to be stopped! Maybe someone should do an indepth look into this team becuase i promise what you will find out will be a different view than what is precieved presently. Freddiethefalcon says he has witnessed it firsthand and I can say that I have also experienced this firsthand. What goes on behind the scenes is completely different than what the parents and community sees.

He said a lot, and made a lot of accusations. But offered little proof. I have known teams that work their asses off behind the scenes and there is love and harmony between coaches and players and they haven't won a thing. I have also know teams who cannot stand the coaching staff and I have watched them win championships. So, based on my own personal experience, I cannot accept that a poor win/loss record is proof positive of a bad situation in practice. I would again recommend to both of you to meet with the new Athletic Director if you believe things are terrible within the team. But take your proof and be ready to have it questioned. I would do the same thing. But comming to us does your cause no good. We do not have the power to change a coaching staff.
