Has anyone heard of any Ice Pack pre-season meetings this year?

What is the ice pack? I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I see people with these shirts on, but I've never found out what it is. Can anyone be in it? What do you guys do?

I'd say the Ice Pack is hockey's version of the "Sideline Squad." It's a bad attempt by the University to try and get students involved with the team. However, things seem to be turning for the better.

Traditionally, the team has a meeting at the beginning of the year where they hand out "Ice Pack" t-shirts and try to get students to games. Hopefully this will continue this year.

Email the coaching staff and ask if they will do it again!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

There was some talk at the end of last year about getting something more organized started. I'm hesitant to contact a coach just because I realize how busy they are...

Maybe I'll drop Pooch ([email protected]) a line afterall...

I believe Mike a.k.a. BGSU Crazy Fan 58 (or something like that) was wanting to get something started. Him and I were supposed to be talking to the coaches a little bit this fall but with marching band taking up every free second I havn't heard much from him.
Yeah right girl!

Oorah!
