Coach answers back......
From the Toledo Blade article:
"I think that's a natural reaction when you get blown out at home, that the guys aren't going hard," Brandon said. "That's something that I have a right to question, and I will do that if we lose in that fashion again.
Think he read the e-mail??????? Oh yeah, and there is your response!

You left out the part where he said that he decided the guys actually were going hard against Kent.always a falcon wrote:From the Toledo Blade article:

Here is a quote from Tom Coughlin's press conference about their loss to Seattle and the Shockey reaction:
"There's nothing to be gained by pointing the finger.
If you're truly a team and you're in it together, we win or lose together.
We don't make a point of pointing the finger at anyone.
When we lose I lose, I take the responsibility for the loss, that's my Job"
I like this coaches attitude.
FYI: I still support Coach Brandon and think he can be a great head coach. He, like many of his young players, still have a lot of learning and growing to do. But I still stand beside him and my Falcons. Come on Coach, lets whip them Bobcats! There is a lot of football yet to be played and only one team in the MAC is better than 2-2 at this point (and they are in the west).

YOU have a great attitude too! I know of many parents that turn on coaches when their "baby" gets a little heat. To me, the best thing a parent can do is support the whole package, even if parts of it aren't the way you want it to be at all times!! You're a great Dad and because of it, you've got a great kid!!Spart43 wrote:Here is a quote from Tom Coughlin's press conference about their loss to Seattle and the Shockey reaction:

That said, BEAT THE BOBCATS!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
