Congrats to the BG fans out there. You definitely handled us on Saturday. Our program is just continuing its embarrassing trend on the field and making it worse with off-field transgressions. Hopefully you can turn this thing around, now that we are done playing, good luck with the rest of your season.

Thanks for the kind words, and as Billy Clint would say "ah feel your pain." The off field stuff is ugly to see but as far as the on field stuff I would consider the program a sleeping giant, only time will tell.

I wouldn't get too down. I've been poking around buckeyeplanet.com, and while wishing to avoid any hint of criticism for fear of censure, it strikes me that planet buckeye is so used to winning every game that they have forgotten what it is like to support a team that has ups and downs, like most do. Where's the fun in that?

And with that, I shall go back to buckeye planet to encourage someone to say hello, as if by way of a welcome to Planet Buckeye. It makes me feel like a non threatening organism on the great ship Borg...

Thanks for the kind words. We had a great time in Athens...such a beautiful setting on the Hocking and I love going down there every time BG plays. I must say every time I see Peden, I get a bit envious of the home side...classy stadium. No problems again this year with the OH folks...aside from the friendly jabs.

Best wishes for the rest of your season as well. Remember, you're only a game out of first in the MAC East loss column and you still get a shot at Kent State. There is a lot of ball left and Ohio showed what it's capable of at NIU.

Yeah, thanks for the kind words. But you guys aren't out of anything in the MAC race either. Remember, you've already beaten NIU in DeKalb, and there's not too many teams that can say they've done that recently. You're 1-1 in the MAC, after two conference games and many would probably have pegged that record for OU at this point, just the other way around (losing at NIU, beating BG). If the OU team that beat NIU shows up again, you can beat anyone in the MAC. I think your game with WMU is huge for you now. If you beat WMU, you're right back in the thick of things. But a loss there would obviously hurt. Either way, progress is being made on the field down there. And if football isn't OU's sport, you're usually pretty strong in hoops.
GO BG!!!
