Falcon Ice Pack 06-07

Post by Matsumoto11 »

I think this may have been covered already, but breifly. However, Falcon Hockey is holding its Ice Pack 06-07 meeting tomorrow at 5:30 in the Ice Arena Lounge. All the players will be there and will introduce themselves, along with a quick speech from this year's captain Mike Hodgson. T-shirts will be given to all the people who show up. So if you have time tomorrow evening, it would be great for you to show up and support Falcon Hockey. Thank you.

I just read a post by JMatsu! I'm never washing my eyes again. :-D

In all seriousness, thanks for the update and let us know if there are any more activities with the Ice Pack, Matsu.

Good luck this season and ROLL ALONG!

Anyone know how long this meeting usually lasts? I'll be in class until 5:45. I'd like to head over afterwards, but I'm not sure if it'll still be going on.
If it will be over before then, do you think a friend of mine might be able to get me a shirt as well? I really really do want to go, but I just don't know if it will work out.
Thanks!

Come over anyways and bring friends!! I am sure it will still be going on. Maybe your class will end a few minutes early! :D

I'm definitely hoping to be able to make it and definitely to bring friends. I've got one who wants to head over, but that's mostly just because of an appreciation for the... talents... of few particular members of the team. lol.
And I sure HOPE my class ends a bit early. I hate being stuck in a classroom so late in the day.

Funny you should say that.

Have a GREAT season! Unfortunately, I am too far away from BG, so I will have to support my second favorite hockey team. GO STARS!!!!

I agree, for the measly attendance, the crowd was really loud during the introductions.
In particular, though, I'm referring to the fact that I had the cover with his picture on it pressed to the glass facing the Windsor defense the whole game. 2 or 3 of them even came up and slammed the glass in warm-ups in response. It's great to get in their heads before the game even starts!
But back the the point, Matsumoto had a huge grin on his face after the 2nd and at the end of the game when he skated by and pointed at it. I won't lie, I was fairly ecstatic about that! :-D
I know I probably seemed like a freak, but who cares, IT'S BG HOCKEY SEASON!!!
