A deficit that I hardly doubt the freshman class will be able to make up, if what I have heard about them is true. Second, Horrell was the better of the two goalies last year (look at the 3 defensive player of the year awards won), so the goaltending has definately not gone up. Please tell me what you are on, cause I really need to get some. You predictions and analysis is completely wrong!! You are a fool and its makes my head hurt to hear what you have to say.
Wow, three defensive player of the year awards in one year  He must've been amazing to achieve that  Horrell was a good goalie. He came to BG as a backup and was never really expecting to be the #1 goalie. He earned it last year through his play during games and in practice. Spratt started to show what he is really capable of at the end of last year. To say that goaltending has not gone up before the first puck of the season is dropped makes you the biggest fool (or is that tool?).

Sorry about the error, it was player of the week 3 times. Sorry. Actually you do have some knowledge about the goaltending and your analysis about last year's tending battle was correct. The hope that the team has now is in the new freshman goalie because I have talked to people and it looks like freshman goalie is going to be the solid tender this year. Just wanted to let you guys know that Spratt will probably start the first couple games but you will see the freshman playing most of the games after Christmas.

I was impressed with both frosh goalies during the brown and orange games. They both made some good stops (Neville was the better of the two). Spratt, however, was the best of the three. That may change as the Freshmen gain experience, but right now Spratt has a leg up on them. He seemed more aware of where the puck was and has seemed to finally have ajusted to the speed of the game at this level.

That's some interesting stuff right there. I didn't realize the frosh were going to get such good looks this early.

It's going to be a fun year to watch.

My friends and I have been BG hockey fans for most of our lives. BGSU hockey is the reason the High School team has been so good for so long. We have made road trips to FSU, MSU, UM, OSU, Neb, Lake, and ND. Not all of us have been to all of those places, but our support for this team has been nothing but positive. We will continue to support these players no matter who the coach is or who is playing out there. I could really care less if we win a game or lose a game, it's about supporting our school. College hockey is not a business to the kids or the coach or the fans. I'm pretty sure if you went in to a parent teacher conference for your child and the teacher said well we're just going to have to fail Tommy cause he just isn't putting his best foot forward and he's bringing down the rest of the class you would be pretty upset. This is hockey and at the end of the day I measure my life by how much quality time I get to spend with my family, and my awesome girlfriend, cause those are the things that matter most. We need to remember when posting that we are not the only people reading this stuff. Lots of things have been said, and I really couldn't care less what the truth is because at the end of the day BGSU hockey, even though we've been to all those places, isn't that important in the grand scheme of things. (My name is Chad, I’ve lived in BG my whole life, I’ve played hockey sense I was 5, and played club at EMU my frosh. year before transferring back to BG)
