2 more FR played

Post by bg sports fan »

While watching the game on sat i noticed that coach pulled 2 more RS off on a couple of kids one is a walk on and the other was a recruit. The recruit was #83 WR Tyrone Pronty and the walk on name is Roger Williams from Lake City Ga. He went too Booker t Washington HS and is a RB who stands 5'9 184. He ran back one of the kickoffs that Eastern had done in the game. You can not click on his name on the roster to get any infromation on him or even see the picture. Might have to try a goggle search and see what i can come up with.

I believe once you play, your RS is gone. Unless an injury happens. I'm hoping Nick Davis will get a medical RS for this year. Anyone know for certain? Even one play and the RS is gone?

Once you play one snap in a conference game you lose your redshirt....

Have their Redshirts been pulled due to injuries? If that isn't the case then I'm a little upset by it. But then again, I really don't know why their rs would have been pulled otherwise.

It's any game, including nonconference.

No a lack of depth and talent in the upper classes.

Looking at it another way, if we progress and end the season on a good note, showing improvement and development, recruiting will get a boost.

Could bring in another player just as good or better.

You always have to put your team in the best position to win.

Davis has already used his redshirt and medical redshirts are usually reserved for seniors who get hurt and have no more eligibility.
