Did anyone else stop reading after the first sentence? Staying true to form, only showing up after victories.OhioBobcat wrote:Today we moved further in front of BG. How's the view down there buried in the MAC standings? During our dismantling of Buffalo today, I had to laugh that BG needed double overtime to beat this team. Next week, we shock the MAC when we smack Kent right in the mouth on their home field. We’re 5-3 overall and 3-1 in the MAC looking down at the Falcons. I don’t hear anyone laughing at how “every year we’re supposed to be good and aren’t” now. Like I said you might have won the fight, but you won’t win the war. We control our own destiny for a MAC title and bowl game, and you’re just going through the motions, trying to figure out how to not get put on probation for your lack of attendance. Just think, a week from now, we’ll be in first place in the MAC and Temple will have ended the nation’s longest losing streak. It’s good to be a Bobcat!
HAPPY HALLOWEENIE
Isn't about time for you to go shopping for your cinderella custome for the annual event that defines OU ... the halloween party? Didn't we beat the crap out of what you call your football team a few weeks ago? I think so. Go play in your haunted dorms fruitcake.

Still funny how we beat ya'll, though, huh? I mean, hell! We lost to lost to Kent by 35, and then beat your boys on thier own field the next week! That really has to suck for your fragile ego, huh?OhioBobcat wrote:Oh, really????? No way OU beats Kent State, huh????? Maybe what you meant to say was "No way BG beats Temple?" Not one bit, we're sitting in first place in the MAC East, with the second best overall record in the MAC, on a four game winning streak, headed to a bowl game, and will play for the MAC Title. BG, well, made national news in sports this week by losing to Temple!!!!Bleeding Orange wrote:Still funny how we beat ya'll, though, huh? I mean, hell! I think we have to thank Ohio right now. Thank you for beating Kent and keeping 3 teams in the east race. Ohio is one MAC loss from falling back under BG in the standing thanks to an earlier season loss. BG has hit a few road bumps this season, but the road bumps for Ohio have been decades long and not season long. Lets talk again in three weeks kitty.

But what happens if -OhioBobcat wrote:...we're sitting in first place in the MAC East, with the second best overall record in the MAC, on a four game winning streak, headed to a bowl game, and will play for the MAC Title.
-you do not make the MACC game? Is a bowl trip still possible? After all, your team lost to the team that lost to Temple. How do you think bowls are going to look at that? And that one of your victories was over a i-AA team? You think you can get an at-large bid?
Don't look towards December just yet. There's still a lot of football to played in November.
