But the team showed a TON of heart coming back to tie it at 2 matches a piece.
I know they are disappointed, but they will have another shot at them. I can't be disappointed. They showed me a LOT about their character tonight. I'm a proud BG fan tonight folks.
On to the next game.

Seconded. I really, really, really wish I could have been there! There were a lot of us pulling for our ladies in the chat room tonight, and it was awesome to see them come back from being down 2-0. A lesser team would have folded, but they fought back and took it to the fifth match. Ladies, you made us ALL proud to be Falcons tonight! Plus, you'll get the kittens next time!
GO FALCONS!!!

Falcon-OU game........
It was definitly an amazing showing by the fans. We had to have had at least 1200-1300 in AA tonight. As for the game, man I can't see who else in the Mac is going to give Ohio a game besides us. We had awesome effort in the comeback but Ohio just had to many horses for us to handle. Ohio had 6'2, 6'2 and 6'3 girls down by the net on average for the game, making it very hard for the team to get good reads on kill attempts. At times it looked like Ohio could've gotten a pts off kills whenever they wanted. As good as we've looked crushing just about every other Mac team we've faced this season, Ohio just looks like their on another level.
That being said we've still got ourselves a very good team, we may not win the Mac this year but we've got talent that'll be around next year.

One of the most exciting sporting events I've attended in a while. Our ladies showed a hell of a lot of heart coming back like that. I though for sure they were going to pull it off. A couple things just fell the wrong way and they barely missed this one.
It's ok. though. They'll get 'em next time.
I'd say this is a victory in my book. The ladies showed they've got the heart of champions and that they can really hang with a ranked team (and more than likely, could beat them) and the fans got to see just how exciting this team can be. Here's hoping there's a big crowd tomorrow as well!

Wow that game was amazing, could be the most thrilling sporting event I have ever been. Though it did not end the way we hoped, the girls had an amazing effort, and never quit. As for the crowd, wow, I was in no way expecting 1300 people. I was with the students along the baseline, at it was just awesome to see all those people, and I hope they come back tomorrow. Girls we are all proud of you, GO FALCONS!!!!!

These women are AWESOME. They took their game to another level last night. I too felt that we had ou. Thanks to everyone for jamming the gym.
We should have been there all season. This team shows up every night & puts it on the line. If you weren't there BCSN in toledo will repeat this game several times( today 11am) If you have access, get someone to tape or they sell them off their site.
See you @ 3pm @ AA to start another run, taking down the flashes
