So will we (all four of us)!!! It is hockey parent weekend, so a LOT of player's parents should be here as well!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I'll be there both nights. Was thinking about heading to Akron for the football game but after last Saturday's result, I'll stay for BGSU Hockey. We really need to sweep the Lakers!
Roll Along You BG Warriors,
Roll Along and Win for BGSU!!!
"We’ve addressed that with recruiting kids to that level. If you come to Bowling Green, you’re going to compete for a championship,” Coach Greg Brandon

I'll be there Friday, but due to family conflicts, no Saturday game.
Anybody feel like making a carboard cutout so I can be present in image as well as spirit?
Someone cheer extra loud for me Saturday!
(But whatever you do, do NOT pound on the glass.

I believe what Terry's saying here is that he had an issue with an officer of the law threatening the students that they were not allowed to pound on the glass. While I don't agree with the officers actions, it is part of the "Zero-Tolerance" policy which the Ice Arena has started enforcing.pdt1081 wrote:I pound on the glass every game. They yelled at us for pounding on the glass all the time when I was in school. Nothing new here. Maybe it's just the same cop that has a problem with it.BGDrew wrote:I believe what Terry's saying here is that he had an issue with an officer of the law threatening the students that they were not allowed to pound on the glass. Granted, that was only a couple very short years ago, but...

Believe me, I still have parts of my thumb that have no feeling from pounding on the glass so much. Drew is correct in stating that my sarcastic comment was based on my nearly being thrown out for doing such a thing. I intend to ask one of the officers at the game Friday what exactly is and isn't considered a punishable offense. I love the games and I love to get loud and encourage the team, I just don't want to get thrown out for it!pdt1081 wrote:I pound on the glass every game.
