He could also be out of it a bit mentally after getting laid out in the spring game by Dozier when he went over the middle. Either way, I give the kid a ton of credit for coming back in such a short period after that injury.

I think you meant Zach Charles. Ty Pronty also caught a couple balls for short yardage on Saturday. Maybe the freshmen receivers are being used to run all of the underneath stuff, while Partridge and Ruiz are covering the 10-yard downfield passes.

I thought Brighton looked pretty impressive on his highlight video. Does anybody know if he is hurt, intentionally redshirt, or simply not good enough to see the field with this set of receivers?
You're right about that Zach Charles/Calvin Marshall thing...my mistake.

I think "Marshall" Charles and Pronty have seen the field first because they have speed. Brighton, I think, is more of a possession guy and Ruiz, Brantley and (when he's working the short/intermediate routes,) Partridge have the short game covered at WR
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Pronty has seen the field because Zach Charles is injured...but he is a very athletic guy and will hopefully turn into a weapon for us in the next few years....Brighton is redshirted Ibelieve but you are right about him being more of a possesion guy. Parks main problem right now is his inability to catch a ball.....I have heard he has been struggling alot at practice...
