I'll be there! Not quite sure what time yet, but hopefully by 4-5pm (I still need to secure a ticket!)

Freak's bringing his grill, I know, and I'm sure there will be more... so that's a start as to what to bring. I'm clueless in that regard, but you all already knew that...

For those that are curious to know, it looks like the FMB will NOT be doing our pre-game concert in the Meijer Tailgater area Wednesday night. If there are other FMB'ers that are more in the know and are certain about that then great, let the rest of us know!! Also the FMB will be sitting in the East stands with the students.
Go Falcons!!
Beat the Redhawks!!

Edit: For those interested and haven't heard, the FMB is performing a Bon Jovi half-time show. I think there's a link in the Band thread that says what songs are included.

FWIW,
I'm bringing THREE friends with me to the game...guys who used to come to at least one big (re:road trip) game per year and/or a visit to the Doyt.
They've kind of gone their own way re: the trips and I stopped asking after awhile...but when I asked about this game, they seemed all gung-ho to go...now if only the weather cooperates, at least a little.
Haven't heard much lately about the Chili cookoff thing, at the FC tent I believe, so we'll bring some stuff for tailgating with the usual "crew". If it's a crappy nite, they just might back out on me, but we're planning on leaving the Cleve. area around 3:30 so should be in BG by around 5:30 or so :!:
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)

Yes, I will have the grill. Hammb and RobDupont might have grills as well. I'll also have TG's Bud Light so feel free to drink it all. LOL.

I am trying to pack light for this game. Grill, cooler, flag pole & flag and helmet. I'll have the Honda but only Josh will be with me.

Rob, U bringing those awesome cookies???? I will be bringing FALCON CHEESECAKE!

Right now, weather.com says chance of PM showers and a high near 50.

There is a rumor going around campus that the concessions have been authorized to sell beer for this game. Furthermore, there was a GIANT Miller light truck sitting outside Harshman one day last week. Harshman is also the 'home base'for the concessions operations. Could be a very good thing, or could turn into a very bad thing, hopefully its the former of the two.

Really? Now someone is finally starting to get the hint. LOL. Will it be inside the stadium or outside? Inquiring minds want to know....not that I will be lacking for beer.

Never mind the beer part, I just confirmed with one of the concessions managers that the university would never allow that to happen.

Well there was a Miller Lite truck parked on the street between MAC and the Math/Science building this morning. But for all I know that could have just been for restocking The Pub.

Falcon club does have beer however. It could be that they also use harshman to store the beer.

Freak,

hammb won't be at the game. He's on a "business trip" to Vegas. Looks like your grill got a little more busy!

I'll probably hit up Kroger on my way to BG and grab a pack or two of hot dogs/buns and a bag of snacky something to contribute. I think you should give one of those beers a test run tonight so I know what I'm getting into... *laugh* The UB game was a long time ago in beer years.
